Using the Phone Call Feature

Make phone calls through the Paperstac platform

To contact your counterparty in a transaction via the phone call feature, you must first add and verify your phone number. To add and verify a phone number, you do this within any transaction timeline or in the Manage Account section.


From a Transaction Timeline:

From the timeline, click "Phone Call" above the comment box. Add your phone where it says "START A PHONE CALL." Paperstac sends a verification code you must enter into the verification box.

After verifying your phone number, click the "Start Phone Call" button to initiate a call. Paperstac will call you first and then connect you with your counterparty.

The phone number it will come from is 407.955.5109.


From the Manage Account Area:

From any page, click on your profile in the upper-righthand corner and then click β€œManage Account.” You will see the ability to add your mobile phone number to your account. Click on +Add Mobile Phone. Paperstac sends you a verification code that you'll need to enter into the verification box.


Counter-Party Doesn't Have a Verified Number:

If your counterparty has no verified phone number, they must add one to proceed with a phone call. You can click the "Send Phone Number Request" button, and they will be alerted to add it to their account.
