Verify Identity for Signing Documents

If you cannot sign a document because it is requesting you verify your identity, you can do so by clicking your profile icon in the top right and then clicking on "Manage Identity."

This will open a drawer from the right side, and there is a link labeled "Verify Your Identity." Clicking on this will open an overlay, which allows you to enter your phone number to verify your account.

Once you've entered your phone number, click the button to send the verification code.

Be sure to use your cell phone to receive the text message, and once received, enter the code to verify your identity.

Once you do this, you will verify that the following data is correct and be able to sign the documents.

You will only have to do this one time.
