On Paperstac, you can have multiple accounts but only one identity. After a couple of logins, you will be prompted to begin the verification process. Clicking on the button will take you to a vendor we use for the verification process.

No data is ever stored on our servers. The verification process is conducting a KYC (Know Your Customer). Stripe.com initiates this.

If you want to learn more about Stripe's verification process, please review this FAQ page.

You can complete the verification a number of different ways.

Verification Methods:

Via Your Phone:

Either SMS (putting in your phone number and having a link sent), Email, QR Code, or a Link.

If you are attempting the verification process via your phone or QR code, you must be logged in with that account on your mobile browser.

You are given three verification options: your Driver's License, Identity Card, or Passport.

Via Your Webcam:

Using the webcam method, you will want to grant access to your browser to use the webcam and then take a picture of the front and back of your Driver's License, Identity Card, or Passport.

If everything looks good, you can take a picture of the back of your Driver's License, Identity Card, or Passport.

After this point, you will submit for verification, and the checks will be conducted. If everything looks good, the verification process is complete.

Via File Upload:

Using the file upload method, you are prompted to choose your identification type and then take a picture of the form of the chosen identification card.

After you've uploaded your identity document, Stripe will attempt to verify your identity.
