When a seller lists their asset(s) for sale in our marketplace, and a buyer contacts the seller, a transaction is created. Transactions are free until both parties agree to close. Paperstac then charges a fee that ranges from 1% to 0.15% (based on the sale price) to both parties ($250 minimum).
