When you're on the for sale page of the Paperstac marketplace, you may see a green banner with SALE PENDING across the listing.

These banners are placed over assets where another buyer signed a Purchase Sale Agreement with the seller.

You can still start a conversation or a transaction with the seller. However, while closing with another buyer, you cannot go into a closing with that seller.

If the transaction between the current buyer who signed the Purchase Sale Agreement and the seller is canceled for any reason, you'll receive an email alerting you that the asset is available again.
