At the end of a transaction, Paperstac initiates the Servicing Transfer Request. The Servicing Transfer Request emails the incoming Servicer, the outgoing Servicer, the Seller, and the Buyer.

This email informs outgoing and incoming Servicers who they should contact for the Servicing transfer.

This email also contains the Close Date and the Servicing Cut-off Date. The Close Date is when the Seller signs the Disbursement Agreement signifying the end of the transaction.

The Cut-off Date is the date that was agreed upon for when payments made by the borrower stop going to the Seller and start going to the Buyer.
