As a Paperstac seller, it's good practice to have your note data current.

In the lifecycle of a loan, things change and need updating. The UPB and last payment date are frequently changed in the lifecycle of a loan.

Listing(s) Going Inactive

After 30 days, if no changes are made to your listing(s), they will switch from active to inactive listings. You will know because your listings will now be red instead of green and have the title "Needs Attention."

Updating Your Listing(s)

To re-active your listings, an update must be made to your listing.

To do this, click the pen to the right of the listing. Next, click the pen next to the section labeled NOTE(S). Lastly, click the pen in the section labeled NOTE DETAILS.

Update anything that has changed (such as the UNPAID PRINCIPAL BALANCE, LAST PAYMENT RECEIVED DATE or NEXT PAYMENT DATE).

Once complete, scroll down and click "Update Details".

This takes you back one screen to the Manage Listing screen.

Click the pen in the STATUS section, click the toggle button labeled "Listing is Active," and then click the "Update Status."

Doing this makes your listing active once again.

If you have a Non-Performing Note or a Note where nothing has changed, click the "Update Details" button without making any changes.

Then click the toggle button labeled "Listing is Active."

Then click the button labeled "Update Status."

Now your listing will be live on the platform for another 30 days.
