Standard Tape Information

This article details all of the needed fields that are included in the standard tape that is provide for those not using a servicer's tape.

If you have just a couple of notes to list, adding a mortgage note in your My Listings section is preferred. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to support.  

Using the standard tape is an excellent way for those who are Self Servicing or have a Servicer that is not integrated into our platform. 

We've got the standard blank tape found here.

Below are all of the needed fields and descriptions of the types of data you can use in them. 

  1. loanId: This is a unique identifier that we use to be able to recognize the asset. Please enter this so that if you need to re-upload, it will update these records and not make new ones.

  2. servicer: Loan servicer for note. If you Self Service, please put - Self Service. 

  3. legalStatus: Options must be entered as one of the following - [Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, None]

  4. lienPosition: Either enter 1 or 2.

  5. streetAddress: Property street address

  6. streetAddress: Property apt, unit, etc

  7. city: Property city

  8. state: Property state represented as a 2-character state code

  9. zip: Property zip

  10. borrowerName: Name of borrower

  11. propertyType: [Single Family, Multi-Family, Condominium, PUD, Land, Other]

  12. occupancyStatus: [Occupied, Vacant]

  13. originalBalance: Original loan amount 

  14. upb: Unpaid principal balance

  15. interestRate: Interest rate represented as a percent value. e.g. Interest rate of .0975 would be 9.75

  16. escrowImpounds: Payment amount applied towards the escrow 

  17. accruedLateCharges: Total late charges accrued for loan

  18. principalAndInterestPayment: Principal and interest payment
    represented in cents

  19. totalMonthlyLoanPayment: Total monthly payment including principal, interest, and escrow 

  20. totalPayoff: Total amount due on the loan

  21. originationDate: Date loan was created

  22. lastPaymentReceivedDate: Last date payment was received

  23. nextPaymentDate: The next due date for loan payment

  24. maturityDate: Date when the final payment is due

  25. performance: [Performing, Non-Performing]

  26. seniorPerformance:  [Performing, Non-Performing]

  27. seniorInterestRatePercent: Interest rate represented as a percent value. e.g. Interest rate of .0975 would be 9.75

  28. seniorUpb: Unpaid principal balance

  29. seniorTotalMonthlyLoanPayment: Total monthly payment including principal, interest, and escrow represented in cents of the senior loan
