To create a private listing, click on My Listings. In the My Listings area, click on the pencil on the listing you want to make into a private listing.

Click on the pencil in the STATUS, then click the toggle button in the PRIVACY section labeled "Make Private."

Once you have done that, you will be provided a link to invite someone to view the listing.

This listing will not be visible to anyone who doesn't have the link.
