There are a couple of methods of file sharing. As a seller, you can add files to your listings and set them as public or private.

With private, they are allowed to be shared at the seller's digression in a transaction.

The other way to share files is in the transaction timeline or from the files tab. Click Share File and a drawer slides in from the right, allowing you to either share via "Drag and Drop" or by selecting files.
