All sellers are allowed ten active listings.
Sellers that have completed one deal in the last 90 days are allowed 20 active listings.
Sellers that have completed two deals in the last 90 days are allowed 30 active listings.
Sellers that have completed three or more deals in the last 90 days are allowed unlimited active listings.
