The cost for our services is a flat Broker fee of $1,500.00. Please see the attached Broker Fee Agreement.
To request RMLO services, please email us the Sales Contract, Seller Financing Addendum (terms of the loan), and buyer contact information to [email protected], and we will get the process started.
💡 Our turnaround times are 48 hours with buyer cooperation. Close in 7-10 days! (PLEASE NOTE: There is a mandatory 7-day waiting period after the buyer signs loan disclosures before you can close).
