Buyers usually want to see a couple of files you should have with each listing.

These files consist of the following:

  • Copy of the Mortgage

  • Copy of the Note

  • Payment History

  • Chain of Assignment(s)

  • Chain of Allonge(s)

You can add these in your My Listings area on each listing.

To do this, go to My Listing and click on the pencil to the right of the listing that needs files uploaded.

Next, click on the pencil in the row labeled: NOTE.

Next, locate the row labeled: RELATED FILES.

Look for the + Add Files link. Clicking this opens a window for choosing the files from your desktop.

Visibility by a Buyer:

You can set your files as public or private.

Public - files will be located on the files tab once a buyer enters a transaction. They can see these files by navigating to that tab and downloading.

Private - files are added to your listing. However, you determine when a potential buyer can see the files.

You can toggle their visibility to a potential buyer when and if you feel comfortable.
