What does this integration do?
This integration seamlessly transfers your loan portfolio from your FCI Lender Services account to Paperstac. This includes importing loan data, borrower payment history, and servicing comments. Once the integration is set-up, you'll have the ability to create a Paperstac listing for any of your FCI Lender Services loans, with the added convenience of daily automatic updates to loan data.
Set-up Instructions
Login to the FCI Lenders Portal
From the main navigation, navigate to the API Registration Key page
Fill out the form
Enable the following scopes...
Portfolio Reports
FCI Web
Boarding New Loans
For the description, enter "Paperstac", or a similar label so you know this API Key/Token is linked to your Paperstac account.
Click the "Generate Token" button.
Copy your FCI token
Go to the My Integrations page on Paperstac.
Under the Loan Servicers section, find FCI Lender Services and click the corresponding "Add Integration" link.
Fill out the form
Provide a title for your integration. This is useful for distinguishing between multiple account integrations if you have more than one.
Paste the FCI Token that you copied from the FCI website.
Click the "Create Integration" button.
How To Use This Integration
Go to your My Listings page
Click on the "Import From Servicer" link
Click the FCI integration that you want to import from
Enable the checkbox on the left-hand side of the loans that you want to import, and then click the "Import Loans" button.
