Paperstac has an in-house escrow department to handle all of the escrow orders. Each buyer, in closing, will be given an invoice for sending funds to the escrow department.

The instructions include the following:

  • Banking address & phone number

  • Routing Number

  • Account Number

  • Bank Wire Memo

  • Account Holder

Also, the invoice will show the purchase price, Paperstac fee, and Escrow fee.


Paperstac is located in Orlando, Florida. If we receive a wire after 4 pm EST, it will be processed the following business day, excluding bank holidays. Wires usually take from 1 - 4 hours to process.

In your transaction, a button will alert the escrow agent that the wire has been sent. Click this once the funds are in transit, and the escrow agents will be made aware of the incoming payment.

If, for any reason, a deal doesn't process and the deal needs to be canceled, the fee will be retained by Paperstac's terms and conditions.

Our escrow department will not accept an ACH payment. Please be sure only to send a wire, or it will be returned.

To track all your fees paid, you can access that in the Documents section of the website. Generated for you are monthly, quarterly, and annual statements found in the site's Documents section.

The Documents section can be found by clicking on your Profile Image in the upper right of the website and navigating to the 3rd option in the dropdown labeled Documents.
