Kevin Shortle - Kevin has been actively teaching & investing in mortgage notes for over 30 years. He has starter programs, a book you can purchase & offers consulting on evaluating notes you find on Paperstac or off Paperstac.

Eddie Speed - Eddie has been in the industry since the 1980s on the team of Note School. The Note School team held the biggest conference in the note industry in November, called Note Expo. If you want to mingle with many other note investors, this is a must-attend event. They also have a lot of training courses, books, and classes.

FixNotes Mastermind - This is run by Robert Hytha, who has been in the industry for a while, teaching new investors a free course on how to be the bank.

Good Deeds Note Investing (Jamie Bateman & Chris Seveney) - They hold one of the best podcasts on Note Investing. They have regular guests on the show and always bring much value.

Fred & Tracy Rewey - Owners of NoteInvestingTools have been active in the note industry for decades and provide some excellent education on How to Calculate Cash Flows. It is a great tool for learning the fundamental calculations you must know to invest successfully. They also run a blog on the subject of note investing.

Paige Panzarello - Has been a real estate investor for over 20 years. Paige has had experience in many different forms of real estate investing and is an expert in her field. You can access her training here.

Fusion Notes (Dan Deppen) - Dan has an excellent course on Due Diligence. It is well worth looking at if you want to improve your Due Diligence skills.

Fuquan Bilal - Fuquan is the CEO of National Note Group and has completed a number of books and has training on how to get into the note space in 2nd mortgages. He also has a second company called Passion for Real Estate Investments.

Troy Fullwood - Troy has been an investor for a long time and has a great book on his journey and story of his note career.
