Some things to know are the following:
Servicing prices can vary per Servicer based on the performance of the mortgage notes. Some Servicers don’t service certain states. We suggest that if you’re purchasing a mortgage note on Paperstac and don’t have a Servicer, it is preferable to keep the Servicing with the current Servicer.
Doing this doesn’t disrupt the current process that the borrower is using concerning their monthly mortgage payments.
